About Cindy

Cindy lives, breathes, sleeps, and dreams SIGNATURE TOUCH TOURS, including the wonderment and fulfillment of experiencing travel to the world of destinations. She is the pulse and rhythm of all that Signature Touch Tours represents.

On Cindy’s first visit to Israel many years ago, she was drawn to devoting her professional pursuits to the land and people of Israel—taking seriously the legacy she was sworn to honor as a Jewish woman. She fell in love with Israel and knew that she was forever tied to its majesty. She committed herself to sharing this love with others.

Cindy studied at Hebrew University, where her love for Israel became more profound. She promised to return to Israel at least once per year. Since then, she has visited Israel more than 60 times. Each visit strengthens her love and yearning for Israel and intensifies her commitment to bringing others to not only Israel but also many other wonderful destinations.

The first professional fulfillment of Cindy’s passion began with her service as Deputy Director of the Government of Israel, Israel Ministry of Tourism. There, she worked with local and overseas tour and ground operators, the media, travel industry colleagues, and faith-inspired communities. She established strong relationships with thought leaders, decision-makers, and influencers. Cindy was honored to accompany many prominent Christian denominational leaders on spiritual journeys through the Lands of the Bible.

In 2016, Cindy founded Israel Advantage Tours as a continuation of her life’s mission to encourage and facilitate life-changing experiences in Israel. Over the years, Israel Advantage Tours has grown to include more signature destinations. In 2024, with broadened horizons, Israel Advantage Tours formally became Signature Touch Tours, ready to take you to a World of Destinations.
